The Area

Lake Millstatt in Carinthia is one of the most beautiful and quiet places in the region. The deepest lake in the most southern state in Austria wows you with its dark green colour, warm temperatures and drinking water quality. The breath-taking landscape does not only attract a lot of different flora and fauna. We also offer a variety of activities in our close-by neighbourhood. Miniature golf, tennis, and playgrounds for the kids, as well as shopping opportunities, cafés and restaurants are only a five-minute walk away. The perfect vacation for singles, couples, and families.

The lake house

You would rather spend your time at the water? Our bed and breakfast offers way more than just that. For more than thirty years our family-run B&B hosts guests from all over the world and is proud to say that most of them come again. Located on the waterline of the sunny side of Lake Millstatt, we offer a wide range of things to do on your lakeside holiday. First you get up in the morning with a stunning view and enjoy a full breakfast either on our terrace at the water or in the bright room next to it. Afterwards you can go for your first swim, relax on our sunbeds and listen to the mild waves, or go fishing. We also have options to enjoy the lake without getting wet. And if our very own pedal boat and stand up paddle are too small for you, the famous steamboat of Lake Millstatt is only a short stroll down the lakeside away.

The Rooms

Our guest house is located in a quiet but central area at the waterfront. All our rooms and apartments distinguish themselves through an exceptional lake and mountain view. Every accommodation has its own shower, toilet, satellite TV, and radio. Free Wi-Fi is available on the whole premises. Our pedal boat, stand up paddle, sunbeds and -shades are free of charge for our guests. We have enough free parking lots directly at the lake house. Included in your stay is also the MIC-Card, which offers various leisure time activities in the area.
